Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In its original packaging

    • In the same condition you received it

  • For hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress toppers, duvets, duvet covers, bedsheets, and any bedding items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used bedding items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
